I bring 14+ years of professional IT experience, beginning in 2011 when I launched and operated my own computer shop. That entrepreneurial foundation gave me deep, hands-on expertise in system building, troubleshooting, and customer-focused technology solutions. Since then, I have advanced into enterprise IT, where I specialize in modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity resilience, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

My expertise spans multi-site network architecture, cloud migrations (Azure, Office 365, Google cloud), MySQL, Windows and Linux server environments, Apple ecosystems, desktop development, and modern web applications. I have practical experience with Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, Windows Server/Active Directory policies, API integrations, OT/IT convergence, and financial platforms such as QuickBooks and Dynamics. I also work with enterprise device and service management platforms to administer and secure phones, computers, and cloud environments.

Beyond technology, I bring strengths in contractor and project management, software licensing, and implementing cybersecurity best practices and training programs. I am familiar with the importance of European GDPR regulations and NIST cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance and governance in diverse IT environments.
