I bring 14+ years of professional IT experience, supported by a hands-on technology background that began much earlier. My first archived website dates back to 2004, and I was experimenting with web design, hosting platforms, and online systems even before then. That early interest in technology eventually led me to launch and operate my own computer shop in 2011, where I built a strong foundation in system building, troubleshooting, and customer-focused technology solutions.
Since then, I have advanced into enterprise IT, where I specialize in modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity resilience, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. My expertise spans Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, Windows and Linux server environments, Apple ecosystems, multi-site networking, MySQL, desktop development, and modern web applications.
Today, much of my work focuses on enterprise systems, business applications, and automation. I have experience supporting ERP platforms such as NetSuite, designing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, building SQL-based reporting and data pipelines, developing Power BI dashboards, integrating APIs, and streamlining business processes through automation. I also manage enterprise device and identity platforms, helping organizations securely manage users, endpoints, and cloud resources.
My technical experience also includes Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, cybersecurity operations, software licensing, and IT governance. I am familiar with GDPR regulations and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, helping organizations improve security, compliance, and operational resilience. Working with both local and international teams has strengthened my ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse environments.
I am passionate about artificial intelligence and continuously explore practical ways to apply AI to improve productivity, reduce costs, and simplify complex workflows.
