Building a Privacy-First Desktop Browser

Private Browser is a lightweight Windows desktop application built with a single, deliberate goal: to provide truly disposable browsing sessions without hidden persistence or false promises. Unlike mainstream browsers that layer “private mode” on top of long-lived profiles, this app starts clean and ends clean by design.

It does not save passwords, remember logins, retain cookies, cache content, or store browsing history. When the application closes, all session data is destroyed.

Built using WPF and Microsoft WebView2, it delivers full modern web compatibility while maintaining explicit control over the browser lifecycle.

The interface is intentionally minimal and surfaces clear session metrics such as blocked domains, cookie counts, and HTTP request totals for transparency.

Private Browser does not attempt to replace VPNs, proxies, or anonymity tools; your network identity remains visible. Instead, it offers something many tools do not: predictable, local privacy with no accounts, no background services, and no data left behind.

Platform: Windows (x64)

Moon Phase Tracker

I’ve always been drawn to the moon’s rhythm—its slow cycle, its pull on tides and time. I wanted a simple, distraction-free way to track it. So, I built a minimalist moon phase tracker.

It’s clean, quick, and shows the current moon phase, upcoming phases, and location-based information.

Why I Made This

Many moon apps are cluttered or overcomplicated. I wanted a straightforward, mobile and desktop-compatible tracker without downloads or logins.

I also built it to help with:
- Spiritual or reflective practices (e.g., new moon intentions or full moon rituals)
- Meditation sessions and slow evenings aligned with lunar energy
- Gardening and tracking planting cycles
- Planning fishing trips

What’s Next

I might add features like:
- Notifications for new or full moons
- A simple API for others to use

But for now, it shows the moon’s current position and future movements.

How I’m Using SMS to Make Prayer More Accessible

I developed this prayer sms based app to help individuals maintain a simple and practical connection to prayer, even without the need to open an app. SMS plays a crucial role.

Here’s how it functions:

- Daily Prayer Reminders: Users can subscribe to receive text-based prayer prompts at predetermined times, such as morning, evening, or any time that suits their location.

- Prayer Requests via Text: Anyone can send a quick SMS to submit a prayer request. No login or app is required.

- Offline-Friendly: Since it operates through SMS, it remains accessible even without a constant internet connection or a smartphone.

- Simple Setup: Users can begin using the app by texting a keyword to a designated number or by signing up through the app itself.

This SMS-first approach simplifies the process of staying connected, and it’s not limited to prayer.

The same method can be applied to other applications as well, such as:

- Habit-building
- Reminders
- Community check-ins
- Learning prompts
- And so much more

Text pray to 8728880044 to get started.

Finding Your Next Favorite Film with AI

We’ve all been there: scrolling endlessly through streaming apps, trying to decide what to watch. Traditional recommendation systems often fall short, suggesting only what’s popular or similar by genre. That’s why I built my own AI-powered movie recommendation website — designed to go deeper.

How It Works

Instead of relying only on genre tags or ratings, my site uses AI to look at the things that actually make a movie memorable:
• Director and style
• Lead actors and performances
• Story-line and tone
• Historical or cultural setting

When you enter a favorite movie, It analyzes why you liked it and finds titles with the same creative DNA.

Smarter Than “Because You Watched…”

Streaming services are good at “if you liked this, here’s something in the same category.” But that often leads to repetitive or shallow results. My approach is more like having a movie buff friend who knows your taste and digs into the details.

Why It Matters

Movies are about more than entertainment — they’re experiences. By using AI, the goal is to surface recommendations that feel fresh, thoughtful, and personal. Whether you’re into sci-fi with strong character arcs, historical dramas with rich world-building, or light comedies with the same sense of humor, the AI helps uncover hidden gems you might otherwise miss.

The Bigger Picture

For me, this project is also about exploring how AI can make everyday choices easier. Just like it can help troubleshoot IT issues or summarize notes, it can also bring more enjoyment to something as simple as movie night.

SimplePad AI — A Smarter Simple Way to Take Notes

A SimplePad AI is a lightweight, portable notepad with intelligence built in.

Clean and Simple by Design

At its core, SimplePad AI is a distraction-free notepad. You can open it, jot down thoughts, edit, and save without being buried in menus or options. It’s designed to run anywhere, without complex installs or heavy system requirements.

Smarter With AI

What makes it different is the AI assistant that works alongside your writing:
• Summarizes long notes into clear, digestible points.
• Suggests quick replies for emails and messages.
• Analyzes tone and clarity so your writing lands the way you intend.

Instead of switching between apps, you get insights right where you’re typing.
